Meet Noah!
Noah is attending Gateway in the cosmetology apprenticeship program and started at Ruffolo’s in January of 2023. They grew up having their own hair dyed fun colors and always loved doing family and friends hair. They are excited to show what they are learning and to continue their journey here at Ruffolo’s Salon AND Spa!
