Process
Step 1: schedule your trial
Haven’t booked your bridal trial yet? Let’s start there.
This is ensures the right extensions are available and ready to be styled during your appointment. Note: extensions used for trial stay in the salon after so they’re available for other guests.
Step 2: Color Match & Consultation
To make sure we get the perfect match:
Email ruffolosbridal@gmail.com with:
– 2/3 photos of your hair in natural light (no filters)
– Inspiration photos you love
– Whether you want extensions for volume, length or both.
– Book the consultation thru email.
At your consultation, we’ll choose the best shade and length for your style. If the exact color isn’t in stock, we’ll order it so it’s ready for your trial.

How do I return the extensions?
You can ship them back by Monday via UPS (packaging provided with an additional shipping fee) or you can drop them off the next business day without any additional fee.
Do I need to wash them first?
No—return them in the provided bag. We’ll handle the cleaning.
How are they sanitized between uses?
Each set is double-washed (clarifying + regular shampoo) and clips are disinfected with salon-grade spray.
Is there a deposit?
No upfront deposit. A card on file is required. If extensions are damaged, unwearable, or not returned, a $150 replacement fee will be charged.
How much hair is used?
It depends on your style—some looks need more, others less. The flat rental rate covers a full set either way.
When do I pay?
The $150 rental fee is added to your day-of total.
